With nearly 30 years of experience in financial services, Thomas brings a remarkable blend of strategic insight and hands-on leadership in fund and portfolio management. He has worked closely with institutional and high-net-worth clients, building trusted relationships and navigating complex investment landscapes with confidence and care.

In 2005, Thomas co-founded a prominent Swiss-based family office. His leadership has shaped the office into a recognized name in private wealth management.
Prior to that, he led investment product development at a multi-jurisdictional asset management firm with a footprint across Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Bahamas. Since 2018, Thomas heads the wealth management department of Royal Capital, an industry leader  in the UAE.

Thomas holds a degree in Finance from ICHEC Brussels Management School, is a Chartered Private Banker, and an alumnus of INSEAD.
